SHIPPING & RETURNS

We ship worldwide by registered CTT – Correios de Portugal, SA. with tracking number.

Shipping cost is calculated at check out.

 

DELIVERY

The articles order by the online shop BOHOCHICK will be sent and delivered in working days, from Monday to Friday.

 During the process of purchase it will be requested the address of delivery. For a successful delivery all information must be accurate, correct and complete. This information is of entire responsibility of the Client.

 The order is considered accepted if after receiving the order the Client does not return the order within the following 14 days.

DELIVERY TIME  

BOHOCHICK proceeds the shipping expeditions on working days. As so being the time estimated should not consider weekend days or public holydays. Any delay in delivery does not account to compensation. 

Other than festive seasons or large peak of sales, no later than 3 working days the shipping expedition will be done. In these exceptions mentioned above, the Client will be notified.

 After BOHOCHICK expedition, the order’s estimated time by the delivery service is:

 - Portugal (Mainland & Islands):  3 to 5 days

- European Union: until 20 days

- Rest of the World: until 30 days

  

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for some reason the Client is not happy with the purchase and wish to return or exchange it for a different item, it should be done within 14 days after reception of the order. After this period, we do not make returns or refunds.

The item must be unused and in the same condition as it was received.

For proceeding with any return or exchange we must be informed through the e-mail:  info@bohochick.online.

An email will be received confirming the return or exchange procedure and with the address for returned items.

The Client is responsible for the shipping costs of the return or exchange item. We strongly advise getting tracking, as we unfortunately will not be held accountable nor reimburse for returns, which do not arrive back to BOHOCHICK.

The refund will be placed soon after BOHOCHICK receives the item and verifies its original condition. When we receive the item we will check fully, and then refund you via the method you paid.

 BOHOCHICK reserves the right to reject a return if it does not meet the abovementioned criteria.

If a return/exchange fails to return to us within the 14 day policy from the date you receive the order, BOHOCHICK reserves the right to refuse the return/exchange.
